This course has been created to give the student basic knowledge and skills to better understand anxiety and its causes. Know how anxiety affects the mind and body and the behaviors and feelings associated with it. Be able to develop strategies to help manage anxiety and know when to seek professional help. Be able to recognize symptoms in others and encourage them to seek help.
